Cutten Green’s New Park Project Status

Dear Commercial Members and Residents:

The NWHC MUD #6 Board of Directors is pleased to provide an update on Cutten Green’s New Park Project. The anticipated completion date is now delayed to late November due to the high number of rain days and supply-chain delays with some of the major park components during the construction process.

After final Board acceptance of the project, some portions of the park will be closed for use to ensure sufficient establishment of the Bermuda grass sodding and hydro-mulching. Current expectations for restricted use will be two to three weeks after park completion. Until that time, everyone will be encouraged to limit park use to the walking trails, park perimeters and child play areas.

The Board encourages and welcomes any of your questions. Please contact us at the District’s website at https://www.nwhcmud6.org.

Click on the Contact icon in the blue bar at the top of the page. A screen will pop up that will enable you to post your contact information and your question(s). The Board will monitor this site and respond directly to you.

The Board of Directors looks forward to the completion of what has become a lengthy, challenging and rewarding project for the Cutten Green community. The Board’s members thank both our commercial members and the residents for your patience as we continue towards the ‘home stretch’.

Sincerely,

Board of Directors, NWHC MUD #6
